4th Islamic Solidarity
Games Project
We are proud for being entrusted the organization of catering services for such a great event as 4th Islamic Games, providing catering services in Athletes Village during the games, held in Baku in May 2017.
Over 192 000 meals served for the athletes competing at the Games. Fresh has also catered to a large workforce population, operating at the Athletes Village. We served breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight meal supply.
F1 2016, 2017
Baku City Circuit Project
Baku City Circuit was a spectacular F1 event coming to Azerbaijan. Fresh Catering has be honored to provide catering services for the capacity of 25 000 people daily, 4 times a day.
We have been involved into F1 Baku for 2 years in a row already, 2016 and 2017.
1st European Games
Baku Project
In 2015 Fresh was a catering supplier during 1st European Games held in Baku, Azerbaijan.
We served 10 000 people daily, 4 times a day for the period of April 2014 – July 2015.
Fresh Catering received lots of positive reviews from National Olympic Committees on the varied menu choice, the nutritional quality and the variety of food offered for the Athletes.
Our story
The history of our company dates back to 2010. We had a dream and clear vision, which is reflected in our company logo. The green color of our logo symbolizes our commitment to supply only fresh food made of natural ingredients. The string beans represent team work and good order.
Our first client was Pasha Construction, who placed an order on provision of catering to 3000 – 4000 employees daily during construction of Port Baku complex. At the peak of the construction works the number reached 7000 – 8000 people per day. The duration of the whole project was 3+ years.
The success of the first and big challenge resulted in involvement in further significant projects.
With the experience in provision of catering to 25,000 people 4 times a day during Formula 1 – Baku City Circuit, we can state with confidence that we are able to meet the needs of any scale of event.
Today we are 7 years old, and thanks to our Valuable Clients, we achieved outstanding results. We have been employing competent chefs and cooks, who are able to surprise our customers with the dishes of national Azeri, Indian, Turkish, Italian cuisine, as well as with all the kinds of desserts.
